Kristopher Knepper is Vice President of The Lawson Companies and serves as its Director of Development and Acquisitions. He leverages over 16 years of professional experience in commercial development, acquisition, construction, disposition, and finance. His proficiency in deal conception, capital budgeting, and transaction management has led to the successful closing of real estate transactions with consideration approaching $300M.

Knepper holds primary accountability over TLC’s efforts to expand its portfolio of quality multifamily, mixed-use and commercial assets through ground-up development and the acquisition of existing assets with value-added potential.

Kris earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA and his Masters of Business Administration from the Old Dominion University Strome School of Business in Norfolk, VA. He is an active member of the ODU Educational Foundation investment committee.
