Julia Sessoms
Assistant Director of Compliance

Julia Sessoms, Our Director of Compliance, 20 years’ experience in property management and oversees the Compliance Department.  She is responsible for quality control of 22 affordable and LIHTC properties including program compliance and file maintenance related to the specific housing programs. She is responsible for the file audits, compliance training and implementation of affordable housing policies.

Julia is also is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Virginia and holds the following certifications:  Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO), Registered Apartment Manager (RAM), Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance (TaCCs), Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), and S.T.A.R. Rural Development 515 Certification. She holds a Masters of Science degree in management with a concentration in leadership.
