NORFOLK, VA – April 11, 2022– Lawson is proud to share that two Lawson team members have been selected for the NAA (National Apartment Association) 20 in their Twenties Class of 2022.
Joe Wisenall, 29, started working at Lawson in December 2020 as a Property Accountant. Prior to his work with Lawson, Wisenall served in the Army National Guard earning the Army Achievement Medal in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. “During my eight years in the military I learned how to lead and communicate, working with people from all types of different backgrounds.”, said Wisenall. “I’m thankful for the opportunities Lawson and the housing industry have given me to prove myself as a leader in a new industry.”

Morgan Flowers, 25, is a Development Coordinator at Lawson. “In my role I’m pursuing both career goals and personal passions.”, said Flowers. “After college I knew I wanted to work with an organization that created positive change in communities, specifically related to affordable housing. At Lawson I’ve been given a platform to combine my project management skills with my passion for community building.” Flowers earned a bachelor’s degree in American Studies with a minor in urban and environmental planning and focus on race relations from the University of Virginia. She began her career at Lawson in April 2020.

NAA’s 20 in their Twenties celebrates the best and brightest in the rental housing industry. These individuals have made great professional achievements in their career and demonstrated a meaningful impact in their workplace. To be considered for 20 in their Twenties, nominees must create a submission video and provide written responses outlining career achievements, ideas for innovation in the industry, career goals, demonstrations of leadership, a professional bio, and references.
