Viridiant, one of the largest regional green building programs in the United States hosts the Building Sustainability Awards annually to recognize leaders in delivering high-performance, efficient, and sustainable buildings. Criteria for the award selections involved several factors including energy efficiency, integrated design, resource efficiency or conservation, resiliency, innovation, and community impact.
A long-term Viridiant partner, Lawson has made considerable strides in improving energy-efficiency and sustainability for multifamily buildings in the Hampton Roads region over the past eight years.
