NORFOLK, VA – August 28, 2023 – Lawson is proud to share that Lawson Acquisitions Manager, Will Sexauer and Development Associate, Morgan Flowers have been recognized with the 2023 CoVa BIZ Next Gen Awards. The awards recognize and celebrate successful young professionals making a difference in their industries and our Coastal Virginia community.
Sexauer, 26, is accountable for sourcing Lawson’s new development projects, evaluating financial feasibility, conceptual project design, the entitlement process, broker and seller relationships, and contract management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with concentrations in Finance, Business Management, & Real Estate, with a Minor in Social Entrepreneurship from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
Flowers, 26, is primarily accountable for third-party due diligence, architectural and civil design management, green building program implementation, permitting, and owner’s representative during construction. She earned a bachelor’s degree in American Studies with a minor in urban and environmental planning and focus on race relations from the University of Virginia.
