It is with great pleasure that we celebrate the Grand Opening of The Retreat at Harbor Pointe Apartments – affordable housing on Norfolk’s historic Elizabeth River!  

Like most events in the past year, this Grand Opening celebration looked a little different. Due to COVID, our physical guest list needed to be kept much tighter than normal. Though we could not celebrate in person with everyone who contributed to or supported this development, we are unbelievably grateful for the role you’ve played in making The Retreat at Harbor Pointe a shining example of what affordable housing can and should be. 

The past year and a half have been tough for many reasons, which makes it even more special to celebrate achievements and positive impacts in the community.
