Lawson is thrilled to celebrate the Grand Opening of Alexander at 1090 Apartments – a brand-new 100% affordable housing community in Richmond, Virginia!  

Due to COVID the physical guest list was much smaller than usual, so this celebration looked different than past events. Though we missed seeing everyone in person, we are grateful for the support and contributions you’ve made to Alexander at 1090. This development provides the highest quality affordable housing to 96 families in Richmond, where nearly half of residents are cost burdened. 

The pandemic has been challenging for us all, which makes us that much happier to celebrate achievements and positive impacts in the community.
