Lawson Realty Corporation is a multi-family housing provider, which currently manages over 5,000 apartment units in Hampton Roads, South Carolina and Mississippi.
We have established a Vendor Committee that is responsible for receiving vendor information and relaying such to all of our community locations. The procedure established by this Committee is as follows:
If your company would like to be considered for inclusion in the approved Vendor Book, please submit a written request including W-9 form to:

Upon approval, if you are a supplier vendor, we will request a price list from your company. The prices should be valid for a minimum of one (1) year.
If the Committee approves your request, we would at that time request to be placed on your insurance as "additionally insured" for Worker's Compensation with a minimum of $100,000 and General Liability Insurance with a minimum of $500,000.
